Submit a Support Ticket
Our knowledgeable Support Team provides fast and friendly help around the clock Monday morning through Friday evening (U.S. Eastern Time). For Spruz Plus, Complete, Enterprise, and Priority Support customers, we also provide limited support during weekends and holidays.
Currently, Spruz does not offer phone support as it is not very efficient for the type of technical support we offer. Technical issues may require input from multiple staff members (e.g., Spruz developers, web designers, and system engineers). However, we plan on providing an option for limited phone support. Check back later this year for more information on whether your plan allows phone support.
Response Rate
When you contact us, you can expect a first response within 24-48 hours. Enterprise and Priority Support customers can expect a response within 24 hours or less.
